Customers who request a refund within 24 hours of the transaction are eligible for a full refund. We believe this gives you sufficient time to explore our platform, verify the quality of our listings, and check if they are suitable for you.
Please note: Refund requests submitted after this 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund, partial or otherwise.

Important Next Step: After you request a refund, we will send you an email asking for confirmation. Please reply to that email within 48 hours to verify your request and process the refund.
Once your refund request is approved by Stepset, we will initiate the transaction immediately.
We utilize third-party payment gateways (Razorpay and Cashfree) to process all financial transactions. Once a refund is initiated from our dashboard, the processing time is determined solely by the banking system and the payment gateway.
